As applications for Arena’s Partnerships Cohort continue to come in, we wanted to share a bit more context on who this cohort is resonating with and why.

So far, interest has been strongest from professionals who:

  • Work in-house across sports, media, or entertainment

  • Hold Manager, Director, VP, Head of Partnerships, Chief Revenue Officer-level roles

  • Sit in partnerships, sponsorships, business development, or revenue-focused functions

  • Are thinking beyond one-off deals and prioritizing long-term, relationship-driven growth

This includes partnerships leaders at Alaska Airlines, McDonald’s, Angel City FC, Verizon, TikTok, Sony Pictures, Papa Johns, Madison Square Garden, ESPN, Las Vegas Raiders, and more.

For many of the applicants so far, the appeal isn’t “more networking.”

It’s having a more intentional way to stay connected to the right people without needing to do any cold outreach, receiving random DMs, or having surface-level convos that lead to nowhere.
