❌ Cookie-cutter responses: Generic answers are forgettable (ie. "I'm a perfectionist" answers).

❌ Value proposition uncertainty: If you can't articulate your value-add confidently, unfortunately recruiters and hiring managers can't either.

❌ Radio silence after the interview: 86% of hiring managers say that a post-interview thank-you note influences their decision according to Apollo Technical.

✅ Flip the script: Do the homework on them. What keeps them up at night? What's their next big move? With interviews dragging 5-6 weeks on average, this intel is gold.
