Right now, Arena members across sports, media, and entertainment are receiving three curated introductions every Monday morning.

They're not searching for them. They're not networking for them. They open Arena, see exactly who they've been introduced to and why — and decide if the conversation is worth having. That's it. The whole thing takes about five minutes.

Here's how it works on the inside.

It starts with your profile. You share your role, goals, and the kinds of people you want to meet. This is what drives every introduction you receive, so the more specific you are, the better your matches get.

Every week, three curated introductions show up.

Each one comes with a full profile. You see who they are, what they do, what their goals are and how they’re open to collaborating with others (ie. open to partnering, offering speaking engagements) — and all this happens before either of you decide to connect. If it's a mutual match, one click and you're scheduling a conversation. If not, no pressure. Three more arrive next week.

Over time, those conversations compound. The match you make in month one is still paying off in year two. And because every member is vetted — manager-level and above across sports, media, and entertainment — the quality of those relationships stays high.

But introductions aren't all that happens inside Arena.

Members also get curated access to events happening around the moments where this industry gathers — WNBA All-Star, the Emmys, Super Bowl, SXSW, and more — plus member-only gatherings throughout the year.

If you're accepted into the Spring cohort, here's what your first month looks like:

May 11 — New Member Orientation + Member Mixer
May 18 (and every Monday after) — Three curated introductions arrive
May 19 — Match Management Workshop
June 10 — Spring Graduation + What's Next Briefing

After Graduation, you'll have access to the full Arena network, industry events, and rooms that extend well beyond this cohort.

The cohort is your way in. What comes after is everything.

Arena is intentionally curated so that every introduction is meaningful. If this sounds like the kind of network in sports, media & entertainment you've been looking for, the Spring cohort application window is open now.

Applications close May 8 with limited spots available.
