SPOTLIGHT

Tell us a little bit about your background.

I’m a creative executive and producer with 10+ years in film and television. I currently serve as Director of Talent, Acquisitions & Development at Sunny Boy Entertainment and Head of TV & Film for Luke Films.

Why did you join Arena?

I joined Arena to expand my network and connect with other professionals across entertainment. To meet people outside of my existing circle, learn what others were working on, and hopefully find ways to collaborate with new colleagues/partners.

What has been your experience on Arena?

I recommend Arena to everyone! I have met some of the most amazing people. People who were willing to really make introductions, I've had a couple people refer me for positions I've applied for, let me know when events are coming up in my area that I should join, etc. We keep in touch via email, text, LinkedIn... whatever it takes to look out for each other and make something happen.

What is some networking advice you have for other Arena members?

Schedule that meeting. You don't know who you can help or can help you if you don't talk to each other. That one person might be just what you're looking for and vice versa.
